HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
Returns are handled via our returns portal.
You log in with your order number and postal code, select the items you wish to return, and complete your request. You can then purchase a return label directly.
Pack your items carefully and drop off the parcel at a shipping point. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed. You will automatically receive a notification once we have received and processed your return.
RETURN COSTS
The costs of returning items are at your own expense.
The exact costs are shown in the returns portal when creating your label.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned as usual.
Discounts are not recalculated retroactively.
In the case of a multi-buy discount, the discount will be recalculated when you return all or part of your order.
Any differences will be refunded automatically.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn and undamaged and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.
Use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a reduction in value.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange items online. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep.
You can, however, exchange your item in one of our stores.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Are you a consumer within the European Union? You have the statutory right to withdraw from your agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in several ways:
- By using our online withdrawal form
- By informing us in another clear and unambiguous way that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
When you use the online withdrawal form, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive further instructions for returning the relevant items.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
