Would you like to return an item? You can easily do so within 30 days of receipt.

Important: Are you located outside the European Union? Unfortunately, it is not possible to use our returns portal in that case. You will need to send your return yourself via a carrier of your choice to the address below:

HOW DOES RETURNING WORK?
Returns are processed via our returns portal.
You log in with your order number and postal code, select the items you wish to return and complete your request. You can then purchase a return label directly.
Pack your items carefully and drop off the parcel at a drop-off point. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. You will automatically be notified once we have received and processed your return.
RETURN COSTS
The cost of returning items is at your own expense.
The exact costs will be shown in the returns portal when creating your label.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned without any issues.
Discounts will not be applied retrospectively.
In the case of a combined discount, the discount will be recalculated when you return (part of) your order.
Any differences will be refunded automatically.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn and undamaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
Use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a reduction in value.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange items online. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep.
You are welcome to exchange your item in one of our stores.
